RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing HealthGlow's products & services, the following is HealthGlow's after the purchase note:

 

(Return Policy)

-7 days to change the terms for any product purchased.

-Applicable only to non-human damage products, man-made damage or because of dissatisfaction with product performance and other reasons will not be accepted.

-Must be in the invoice date within 7 days, with the original invoice and the original box and packaging for replacement.

-This replacement guarantee does not apply to damaged products (except when the damage was caused by an error in the manufacturing process).

-HealthGlow reserves the right to make the final decision to change the product.

 

(Refund Policy)

- If your payment method is online payment, we will refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and the refund information is complete.

- If your payment is in cheque/bank-in, we will refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and the refund information is complete. You must provide a local Hong Kong personal bank account and name.
